For thirty-plus years guitarist Robert Cray has laid down track after track of good-time, uptown, low-down blues. He’s won five Grammy Awards and been nominated for 11 more.
Cray’s virtuosity has led to collaborations with such legends as Eric Clapton, the Rolling Stones, B. B. King, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Chuck Berry and Bonnie Raitt.
His new album This Time marks a creative renewal and reunion with an old performing partner, bassist Richard Cousins.
