Networking Lunches
Our next networking lunch is on Tuesday 25th May 2010 at 12.15pm.
Peter Wilson and David Merrick will host the lunch and special guests will be announced shortly.
Our October 2009 networking lunch was very well attended. Brian Capron and Rosemary Ash, who were starring in the show Stepping Out, joined our Corporate guests and great fun was had by all! We expect the May lunch to be just as popular, and places are limited so do get your booking in early.
£24.50 per person
Asparagus risotto
Local asparagus, onions and garlic with a splash of white wine cooked in Arborio rice with a rich vegetable stock, topped with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Served with fresh salad leaves.
Braised Suffolk lamb shank
Slowly cooked with root vegetables and red wine unitl tender. Served with fondant potatoes.
Local rhubard crumble
with créme anglaise
