Local Game casserole with fresh herb dumplings
Game cooked with root vegetables in a rich red wine sauce with herby dumplings. Served with rustic bread
Wild sorrel and fennel risotto topped with roasted pine nuts
Arborio rice cooked with onions, garlic sorrel and fennel in vegetable stock, topped with roasted pine nuts and parmesan cheese.
Pear and apple crumble
With vanilla crème fresh
