CAR PARKING
Please allow plenty of time to park before a performance. There is no parking at the theatre. The nearest car parks include the Forum (opposite the theatre); St. Giles multi-storey, Chantry Road surface car park and an underground car park at Chapelfield shopping centre (behind the theatre). All car parks operate an evening and weekend charge.
DISABLED AND COACH PARKING
Parking for people with disablities is opposite the theatre in Theatre Street.
LATECOMERS
Latecomers will be seated at a suitable point in the performance which will be designated by the visiting production company. TV monitors relay the show to front of house.
SPECIAL EFFECTS
Some shows may contain strobe lighting or smoke effects. Please ask the Duty Manager in the foyer for more information.
CHILDREN
For certain shows, babies and children under 3 are welcome free of charge and may share a seat with you. For all other performances, we regret children under 3 are not admitted to the auditorium. Baby changing facilities are available in accessible toilets on all levels. A children’s menu and high-chairs are available in the restaurant.
GROUPS
Ice creams and interval drinks may be ordered in advance if bringing a group. Order forms will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. Theatre tours with backstage visits are available. These must be booked in advance with the Education Manager on (01603) 598523.
CAFE RESTAURANT
Open all day from 9.30am (Mon - Sat) serving a range of Fairtrade teas and coffees, cakes, snacks and hot meals. Menus are changed seasonally to take advantage of the freshest and best local produce. To book a table in the restaurant, please call (01603) 598577 or email us
